Heli boss drops an empty loot box

Is this game gonna be hard to get into as a new player?
So I've played arc and marathon, and been heavily into bf6 lately, and heard this game is an extraction shooter with battle field sort of vibes, and free to play. So I'm downloading it, but how hard is it gonna be as a new player, and I know I can just go and build my own opinion but just thought I'd get some thoughts from the community. Thanks!

I FINALLY beat Delta Force! ( 100% achievement )
After an unhealthy amount of hours spent playing this amazing yet horseshit game. I finally got 100% achievement on Steam.
I don't have my collection fully completed on Operations but I am damn near close, time to grind for those pesky elusive Brakkesh exclusives and the infamous Tears of the Ocean.

Today I’m gonna share some Delta Force pro tips:
1.Pop three painkillers so the enemy thinks it’s a full squad with three lasers aiming at them.
2.Pretend there are three people holding angles.
3.Blend into the pile of corpses and wait for the enemy teammate to come for the revive.
4.Use your ass to peek corners so they can’t headshot you.
5.If you’re about to die, loot your own gear first, gotta keep the loot in the family.
6.Take off your headset so you can’t hear anyone sneaking around.
7.If you can’t hear them, they don’t exist.Then eat in peace with confidence.

Squad up
Why do Black Hawks and Pinnacles always kick people out in first sight? 0.4 K/Ds and >50% are always just booted out, usually they're solos which makes it even worse and just lowers their K/D and extraction more because more often than not the two other guys from squad fill split up and leave eachother.

Are people actually do not know how sight work or is it all bots? Because I'm playing on defense and we often lose because people keep calling smoke barrage and smoke grenades onto the site itself blinding the whole team.
