Fear of Flying Exposures in Mid MO

Possibly my most random and niche post ever, but I am looking for some help!

In a couple months I’ll be flying for the first time in a few years and since then I’ve unfortunately developed a fear of it, sort of out of nowhere. It’s mostly centered around the feeling of being trapped and stuck without an immediate exit if I need it.

In order to prepare myself, I’m looking for places that will activate this fear response, which is where my ask comes in. Can anyone think of some ideas around here where I could purposely make myself feel stuck or at least uncomfortable? It could be anything.

I’ve sat at the airport, but unfortunately we’re blessed with such a calm airport that it didn’t even make me anxious. So I’m looking to turn it up a notch.

Thanks for reading this strange post
