I mean on my honest opinion of a person wanted 2+ devil fruit powers it would be by eating someone worh devil fruit powers

Big mom eating Mother Carmel got a fruit powers with out eating fruit

Black beard eating a fruit then.covering white beard in clothes so no-one sees

In my opinion there's a certain part of a devil fruit user's anatomy that you could consume within a certain time of death to get fruit and aswell if you already have fruit power since you aren't consuming the fruit
