Couples who are living in the Greater Toronto Area (or any city with a HCOL), what is your housing situation?
Interested in knowing how couples on the sub are finding places to live given the exorbitant housing and renting costs of Toronto. Also open to hearing the situation of people who are not in Toronto but live in cities with HCOL.
What is your current living situation (i.e. owning a home, renting, living with inlaws etc)? How much are you currently paying in rent/mortgage?
Are both people contributing to housing costs (i.e. rent)?
If you do not currently own a home - is this something you are seriously pursuing in the future?
