PTSD labeled as major depression disorder

I submitted a claim for PTSD a few months ago, I already what rated at 50% for Major depression disorder. I added a buddy statement for my old NCO and commander to support the PTSD claim. After my evaluation, They just kept the major depression the same and didn’t even add PTSD so it looks like i never claimed it. Correct me if I’m wrong, is PTSD not a separate claim from major depression? My PTSD claim is for completely different reasoning than what my Major depression was for.

I plan on suing my landlord due to my fridge have been broken since i moved in October 3rd 2025. I am unable to change the settings on my fridge and there is no light. My food freezes in the back the of the fridge which i then have to dispose, I was also fired from my new job bc i would miss days bc they would say someone is coming on a certain day at a certain time and no one would come. I have been addressing the issue with them since the day i moved in. I sent a formal message to them, to let them know i plan to take further legal action if someone didn’t come in the next 5 days &’ gave my availability. She then tried to blame it on me bc i went on vacation for 2 days out of the 7 months &’ I wouldn’t allow them in my apartment without me being there… Is best to get a lawyer when I take this small claims court or should i just represent myself for this matter? And do y’all think i have a strong case?
