i cant join any online mode and cant check daily missions cuz it says offline , tho my internet is fine and working on other games

im new to the game 2-3 week player and 1280 elo , anyway everydamn game i lost is cuz i beat the shit out of the opp and his health gets so dark red it might also be considered black AND HE STILL WONT DIE , but when he spams couple of sigs and my health touches a shade of red i get send flying , WHY

ive been tryin to play with my south american friends when im in europe but it just keeps saying couldnt find teammates , is it like ea servers are down or the region problem
