MOOR [Mother] (Dir. by Azad Jami)
Last Saturday Iwatched an absolute masterpiece produced by the Pakistani film industry at a screening held by PFS. I used to think Bol was the only brilliant film to ever exist in Pakistan when I first saw it as a kid. But after watching this hidden gem, my heart standardly cried for how much creative potential has been wasted, and is still being wasted. I really want to rewatch it, but I'm unable to find the link to the director’s cut. (P.S. It is available on YouTube, but a few scenes are cut :/). Kindly drop a link or any way to stream it if anyone out there knows its value.
