Don’t usually post hiring stuff, but we’re onboarding a new creator and I need a couple of chatters to join the team.

We’re doing around 56k/month right now (can show proof so people know it’s legit).

Looking for chatters who can:
• Talk naturally and keep conversations flowing
• Stay consistent and active
• Follow simple systems without overthinking it
• Not sound like a bot or copy-paste replies

You don’t need crazy experience, but you DO need:
• Good English
• Consistency
• Reliability
• Willingness to learn

Pay is percentage-based (usually 10–15% depending on performance).

Remote + flexible hours. Long-term opportunity if you’re actually good and consistent.

Not trying to build a huge team — just a few solid people.

Requirements:
• Strong written English (no constant typos)
• Reliability and consistency
• Ability to learn quickly
• Common sense and good communication

Experience is helpful but not required if you can prove you’re reliable and willing to learn.

Pay structure is percentage-based (typically 10–15% depending on performance).

This is remote, flexible, and long-term for the right people. We’re not looking to mass hire — just a few solid team members we can trust.

Right now we’re looking for several chatters and Reddit VAs. Mainly people who can hold natural conversations, post consistently, boost engagement, and manage profiles without sounding robotic or copy-pasted. The work is remote, flexible, and long term if you’re actually reliable.

You don’t need a ton of experience, but you do need good written English (constant typos are an instant pass), common sense, consistency, and the ability to learn our systems quickly. Chatters are paid percentage-based — usually around 10–15% depending on performance — and Reddit VAs get fixed pay + bonus opportunities.
