Mild Pancytopenia with chronic symptoms
Hi, hoping for some advice.
Since Feb ive been suffering with constant low grade flu like symptoms, mild sore throat, muscles aches to arms mainly with additional fatigue levels. Rheumatology happy there is no autoimmune as we've run a ton of tests (ANA HLA27 AntiCCP) alongside all the usual LFT KFT Bone Profile the list goes on. Ive also extensively tested B12/Folate etc with Active, Serum B12, Intrinsic Antibodies/MMA & RBC Folate all nornal. Ferritin around 100 consistently now. Clinical diagnosed with IBS C alongside mental health issues. Clear CT and/MRI to Liver Spleen Panc Kidneys etc..
Im drawing a blank as to where to look for these chronic symptoms and ive come back to repeated (albeit slightly low) but persistent RBC WBC PLT counts.
The GP has basically referred me to the ME / CFS Clinic which, I do agree there is some overlapping symptoms but im not 100% convinced on that yet
Ahy advice where I can look please? What i can ask the GP? Thanks
