It's a 2-minute walk from the BD trains, a 7 minute walk from the J, and a 10 minute walk to the NQRW6 trains. There is a full kitchen! There is no in-unit AC or laundry.

We are looking for people willing to buy the loft beds from us. Both beds have built-in desks and storage space. They are $400 each; this would be a one-time payment. There will be no other furniture.

My roommate and I have lived here for two years and love being 2 minutes from the Lower East Side (its great to get home quick after a night out!). Plus, the BD trains get you anywhere you want to go in Manhattan.
