I was just switched to letrozole from Anastrozole because I was having horrible hot flashes. I assuming, just like all things breast cancer related, everyone reacts differently.

A very interesting fact was it takes 4 weeks for Anastrozole to leave your system. So I get a break for a month.

Here’s hoping this is a better option.
