Using the jacket for attention are you KIDDING me, I can’t stand this app anymore

Hi there! Recently bought a couple of g7 pets to make customs, I’ve had no issues on any previous customs with getting the paint off to create a clean base, however with these new ones I just can’t get the paint off with anything ??? I’ve tried nail polish remover, isopropyl alcohol, warm water, nothing has worked,,, any ideas ?!?
Everything I’ve tried so far has just melted the paint and smudged it everywhere, and then I can’t get the smudges off !!!
