nighttime overthinking
Hey everyone. I have diagnosed ADHD and I’m unmedicated. Do you guys have any advice on how to detach and get rid off hyperfixation?
I’m trying to hold onto my usual dopamine sources like my morning routines and workouts. During the day I can distract myself and redirect my attention pretty well, but nights are rough. My brain just keeps replaying thoughts in loops and I can’t fall asleep.
Do you have any tips for handling the nighttime overthinking specifically? Working out or sex before bed doesn’t really help.
