I'm trying to remember the name of this show on CBS where it was basically a best behaved dogs or the handlers training abilities had like 2 seasons and one memorable thing is in one of the challenges the handler had to use a band of some kind to make her dog looks more mean and aggressive since he was such a sweet boy.

I'm trying to remember this show that was like a miss America style pageant where moms and daughters would compete with each other under like team names (most rememberable one was a team name skin deep/only skin deep) and each round a duo would be eliminated by the host cutting the giant sash that both people where wearing? I want to say it was ABC or maybe even ABC family was around the same time they where doing America's prom queen.
