My husband and I will be moving to Orlando this July and will need a full time nanny for our six month old daughter.

Any recommendations about how to go about finding a great nanny? We aren’t local, so can’t interview in person until we move down there- at which point we will need someone pretty quickly. We LOVE our current nanny and she was referred to us by a close friend. It’s so hard to trust a complete stranger and just hand over your child. I prefer word of mouth references, but again hard when we aren’t local and have no connection to the area.
