What is one feature or design choice that instantly makes a house stand out to you? Is it the landscaping, the architecture, the interior design, or something else that catches your eye?

I recently started running and I’m trying to build a routine without pushing myself too hard too soon. Right now, my biggest challenge is staying consistent and knowing how much I should run each week.
