press handstand or hspu first?
i just injuried my shouder and am getting back to train, i need to recover my handstand, what is going to be easy but i need to define my goals.
i had 3 consecutives hspu before the injury, now i just need to recover. but i always wanted the strait arms press handstand. both are pretty cool, i think i would choose the faster one to learn, and chase the other one later
same thing to back skills, now im training brute force to OA pull up, but dont know if should i get muscle up first although i know muscle up is going to be faster
