Anyone encountered this creeper?
I work on Broadmead, this guy keeps walking up behind people and moaning sexually explicit things right in their ear. He does it to everyone as he passes, including teenagers. It's uncomfortable and predatory and feels like some kind of harassment.
Unsure what to do or say?
