Using thing A to quit thing B - good plan or misguided?
Thing A is cigarettes. Thing B is my doc I really wanted to quit for many years. I want to quit cigs as well, but maybe I should focus on 1 thing at a time and quit the worst first? (the brain/mood altering one first)
Am I lying to myself or is this a good plan. Reasoning is, I managed a couple of days without my doc and I was so proud, but haven't managed this again since I tried to quit cigs.
