My grandfather was a dedicated needlepointer and I’ve always wanted to try but was intimidated by all the stitch options in NP so I tried my hand at cross stitch and went with a nice big project to learn on! The pattern is Lady & Unicorn from Thea Gouverneur. It’s on 27 count linen, 1 over 2. It took me exactly one year and 2 weeks to complete. Currently in the process of getting it framed now so I can’t wait to see the framed version!

Edits: typos and I did it 1 over 2, not 1 over 1!

Watching Desperate Housewives for the first time and in S2E17 the actress who plays Roxy and the actor who plays Sully on Bones show up as a scheming couple!!!
