Has anyone watched the spinoff show The Finder?

Currently watching Bones S6E19: Finder and I am feeling a bit curious about the unsuccessful spinoff show. Did anyone find it somewhat enjoyable to watch?

200th in 10th what a funny and amazing special episode

Usually im not into special episodes wiht shows, because they usually arent that good. But this one was the exception. Seeing everyone in different roles and different settings.

Just wish we would have had all the squinterns and Sweets in it.

And seeing Jessica singing was great.

Did anyone else catch this?

In S02E09 Aliens in a Spaceship when they are trying to figure out how to find Bones and Hodgins, Booth tells Zack that he needs him to be Dr. Brennan and Zack says "I dont know what that means." 😂

Is Bones has 2 main leads with the worst written personality/characteristics ever?

I really enjoy the show, and has watched up to when Brennan give birth to her kid. The cases were well written, exciting, and the supporting casts have full-fledged personality and well written development (there are some minor flaws but small enough to be ignoed). But both Booth and Brennan have got to be the worst written main leads possible, always acting rudely/ horribly against almost every one, even in siutations uncalled for. They both can dish out insults/ satirical comments against other people, but when they are on the receiving end, they quickly shut others down. Again, I pretty much enjoy the show, as opposed to shows such as Blacklist (where only the female lead was horribly written), which I stopped after season 1.

Losing interest around season 8

I was a huge fan of the series and binge-watched it up until now, but somewhere along the way I started losing interest. I'm currently on Season 8, and lately I've found myself watching more out of obligation than because I'm excited to.

Is it worth sticking with it until the end?

If not, are there any "must-watch" episodes from Season 8 onward? I'm thinking of watching the important milestones and best episodes rather than every single one.

Thanks in advance!

Not a fan of S8:E9 The Ghost in the Machine

I love the storyline. I find it very creative of them having the soul around during the investigation but……………. I hate too much movements of the camera. I play video games so I can adapt but the way they filmed this episode is annoying.

Couples

All the couples on Bones went through the highs and lows. they all worked on their issues some broke up and some stayed together and each couple have healthy moments to unhealthy moments. i have noticed the Bones couples weren't in a relelationship race all these couples took their time to know each other.

Rant

I hate when So called Fans are like i stopped watching after season 6. Bones is still Bones the only difference is that Booth and Brennan are together. If you bitching and whinging about Bones why are still watching it since there is so many of us like the good the bad and the ugly. I have never turned my back on Bones from Zack Leaving to, Vincent's death to Sweets Death. Enough with Complaining about Booth and Brennan's relationship i saw the difference in them after Vincent's death from Brennan putting her hand through Booth's arm when they sent off Vincent and Brennan definitely told Angela she was pregnant first because she asked Angela how it was giving birth. From someone who watched Bones live especially when was in its 7th season Fox was accommodating Emily's pregnancy but no so many of you expected see her early stages of her pregnancy come on Cam would have detected it right away it would take Hodgins a few months if Angela didn't spill the beans about it Sweets would be fangirling about it. Fan fact to the critics Emily worked on the first episode then she gave birth a few days later. People are like they should have hidden her pregnancy why is Bones called Bones. She and Booth are always in the opening shot and the last shot of the show hiding her pregnancy couldn't work. Hey Haters Create a Bones snark page since most of you guys are judgey. The Reason why we got Bones in November in season 7 is to give Emily time off after giving birth shows don't do that they expect the lead actress to be back right away with Bones were like let's give Emily time off to spend time off with her baby and Bones is famous for their time jumps.

S2E2 Brennan shut down on small talk

I’m watching S2E2 (Mother and Child in the Bay) and I noticed two times Brennan got completely shut down trying to make small talk. People always talk about how she doesn’t connect with other people, but in short succession first Booth and then Cam shut her down by asking non-work related questions. With Booth it’s after he talked to Parker about visiting the zoo. The second was asking Cam if she had any kids. Both of them asked what that had to do with the case and Cam said Brennan just wasted her time.

S3/E13 Verdict in the story

I do not like Bones’ dad but this episode about his trial would be high in my favorites list?! The moment where Bones puts herself up as suspect and Booth gets questioned and then when he realizes where they’re going with the story and says “that’s a lot of heart bones” Chills 😔🤞

Angela and hodgins are by far the most healthy relationship in my opinion 😍

I see a lot of fans claim that booths and bones are the best couple in the show, but like it took them like 7 season to be a couple, not to mention brennan was pregnant without her getting married and have a lot of drama and issues to solve.

But in angela and hodgin 😙 Men, their relationship was absolutely peak even though they had upside down when he got paralyse he immediately apologized to her, and he never lied or even dated other women.

Hodgin is the perfect husband for Angela 🤌.

Does it get better?

Hello! I have really enjoyed this show but I’m stuck in season 7 and genuinely wonder if it gets better. I am feeling very disenchanted with the rushed Bones and Booth relationship, I am bored with all the babies, and the last episode we saw Daisy and just turned it off; does it get better? ❤️‍🩹

What are your favorite later season episodes?

I find that, when people talk about their favorite episodes of this show, they always bring up episodes from the first four seasons. Aliens in a Spaceship is a masterpiece, of course, but it's been standing out to me on this rewatch how many good episodes are overlooked in the later seasons.

In particular The Spark in the Park (9x11) is wonderful. Tight writing, relationship driven characterization, and a deeply emotional core crime. Richard Schiff was a particularly fantastic guest star.

Just started a rewatch - episode 1

Homeland security was absolutely right to stop her.

WTF?

The TSA confiscated a toy wooden sword from my little brother. You can absolutely not fly with a human skull. She should have been arrested.

And why would she even do that? She works for a prestigious institution. Why not declare it and ship it properly?

It feels ridiculous and doesn't even contribute to the plot.
