I remember watching a investigative thriller between 20102014 that had an amazind soundtrack (mainly piano arrangements and lowkey violin phrases). I remember it being extremelly foggy and umbral, with tonnes of greengrey. By the end of the movie, there was an dialogue between an older man and the detective in an clocktower.

I think there's all I remember about this movie. Sorry if this isn't descriptive enough or lack information for proper identification.
