About to take my daughter. Any advice for an older dad? [45YO]
Hi folks,
Just about to take my daughter skating - not been on a board since the 1980s.
Serious question - do older guys warm up to prevent injuries? Are there techniques to help me roll out of an injury (a bit like Judo lol)?
Please ignore and delete if this is silly.
Edit: thanks for the help. I bought a new pads, stretched, had loads of fun, jarred my back a bit but nothing major!
If anyone is near Bristol (UK) check out Shreddinghams. Friendly staff, massive place, indoor and air conditioned. £12 all day skate pass, and you can come and go as you please.
