I live in an old apartment building in Toronto, ON, Canada. Found near the front entrance of my door. Help. Tell me it’s not a cockroach 😭😭😭

The fibers are from a weatherproofing strip and that little ball looking peice I think it’s part of a bug idk if it’s part of this one.
