App V 2.3.15(12) problem - Luba 2 AWD 5000 now wants channels in order to mow connected yards?
Upgraded to App version 2.3.15(12) recently and now my Luba 2 AWD 5000 can't mow certain yards that are all interconnected; it won't even mow the first of these interconnected yards and that one actually touches the base station. When I try to activate Luba 2 to mow these yards, I get a "need a channel" error message on the app (and, if I try to map a channel, the app rejects the attempt and says "a channel already exists" (which it does not) - so you are left manually driving Luba 2 into the yard you want to mow and then starting it - which, of course, only works if you are physically at home and can connect to Luba 2 by bluetooth to manually drive him into the yard at issue).
This seems to be an app update problem, as I never had this problem in any prior version of the app. Plus, my wife's iPhone did not update the app (she is still on version 2.3.11(11)) of the app and she has no problem remotely directing the very same Luba 2 to mow the same yard that my more recent version of the app rejects as "need a channel".
Can Mammotion please address this problem? Thanks!
