I hope your day is off to a better start than mine!

My cat likes to climb on top of the fridge and springboard up unto the tops of my cabinets. He did this at some point last night while I was sleeping and knocked the freezer door wide open.

I had a pork tenderloin, chicken breasts, and 1 lbs raw shrimp in there. They were still partially frozen and the parts that had thawed were still cold to the touch. I also had some frozen banana slices in ziplock baggies that had completely thawed and were sitting in a clear brown liquid. Are they safe to refreeze and cook later or should I just toss them?
