Hello, printer started acting funny. Didn't really change anything except the nozzle, was printing fine with a 0.2mm just a few days back
Ender 3 Pro, 0.8mm nozzle. Cura slicer, default 0.32mm draft profile with a few changes (turned on tree supports and adaptive layers, along with skirt adhesion)
210C nozzle temp, 60C bed temp printing standard PLA (just unpacked from a vacuum sealed bag, 0.2 used a different spool)
Any help is appreciated, thank you! If you need additional info, I'll provide it. I'm really not sure how or why is this happening
Edit: The problem is solved. I did multiple things, suggested by the comments. These are
Clean the nozzle (to get rid of old filament, seems that the carbon reinforced one I was using before, clogged it up pretty good. Bunsen burner and needle did the trick)
See if the Bowden has a snug fit
Recalibrate the nozzle
Clean plate with dish soap
Fix volumetric flow. This one appears to have been the biggest problem, as the printer was struggling to keep up. Currently I'm using 0.28mm layer height x 0.88 line width x 36mm/s = 8.9mm3/s flow rate. It says that the stock hotend can extrude up to 10mm3/s but I didn't want to push it. Paradoxicaly, it prints FASTER than before. Print that took 15 hours (sliced before changing setting) now prints in 9 hours and 15 minutes. Don't know the witchcraft behind it, but I'm not complaining.
Thank you everyone!
