Is the April 8, 2025 Black Lotus hotfix no longer working on Anniversary?
I think that the April 8, 2025 Black Lotus hotfix may no longer be working on Anniversary realms.
The hotfix added a chance to find Black Lotus while gathering Dreamfoil, Gromsblood, Mountain Silversage, Plaguebloom, Icecap, and Golden Sansam with 300 Herbalism, plus a chance for extra Lotus from Lotus nodes.

Since either the TBC pre-patch or TBC launch, I haven't seen a single Black Lotus proc from herbs.
Here is my DM jump run sample:
- 305 Dreamfoil
- 240 Gromsblood
- 0 Black Lotus
Back around AQ release, farming a similar amount of herbs would usually result in roughly 4–8 Black Lotus for me. I know RNG can be brutal, but 545 herbs and around 250 nodes with zero Lotus feels extremely unlikely compared to what I was seeing before.
Has anyone noticed the same thing? Are you still getting Black Lotus proc from Dreamfoil/Gromsblood and other high level Vanilla herbs, or did something break with the TBC transition?
