Hi everyone 👋,
I’m looking for honest feedback on my current physique and what I should focus on improving.
I’m 21 years old (almost 22), around 85 kg (187 Ibs), 1,85 cm (6 ft) and and I’ve been training inconsistently for some time, but I’m now getting more serious about it.
I'm a little embarrassed to show my body but I'm also here to change myself. 😅
My goal is an aesthetic, lean-muscular physique (bigger shoulders, better chest shape, V-taper, overall balanced look).
I would really appreciate: weak points you notice, what muscle groups I should prioritize, whether I should lean bulk or cut first, any general training or physique advice.
I’m open to constructive criticism, so feel free to be honest.
