The existing ones I was able to find were either not fully working or lacked some features I wanted, such as yield module consideration and assembler efficiency multiplier (default is 3x which is the standard public Keen pvp server setting).

Note that this can not "steal" your blueprints as it only uploads them locally to browser. You can relatively easily confirm this by telling an AI to read it from the code of the repository.

And yea also note that the repository is publicly available as a base for anyone willing to do further development and possibly update this in case I won't be available for keeping this up to date in future.
