I wonder if this is something I should have seen

First gameplay, I was having fun with the photo mode and I got out of Lumiere in some way, I was going really far and I said to myself "hey, I wonder if I can reach the number at the bottom". With the sea waves I could understand that I was moving but at a certain point it became a transparent floor so I wasn't sure but in the end here I am, with a disturbing statue
