Decided to recreate perhaps my absolute favorite dress of all time for a convention. Found an old vintage dress at a costume shop, got it altered, and then worked on making the roses, vines, and leaves with some help here and there! But the roses were created and sewed onto the dress by me alone! The original dress is just absolutely stunning and it’s always been my dream to recreate it. It doesn’t match up to the original’s glamor but I just love the way this turned out given my amateur sewing skill level!
