After her mother took the blame for murdering her father, wouldn't Becka be absolved of guilt and any involvement in his death?

I see people mentioning that Becka needed to marry for protection or that she would have been sent to the red center.

Wasn't the threat of the red center made BEFORE her mother took the blame? Why would she still be sent to be a handmaid if she didn't do anything wrong?

Also, was it ever confirmed that Becka was SA'd by her father? I don't think so. Therefore, Becka was never considered "sullied" which would have further damaged her reputation and bridal appeal......🤔
