Kind of just a theory craft; I dont have 25 caps and my build is just slightly less optimized (it caps to 84 steal, wasted a point or two in 3 ball). Feels pretty clean at ab 12 caps if you just neglect the upper defensive badges. Id love to hear some thoughts though, this probably definitely isnt completely meta, but it felt pretty strong. My last pg I was hardstuck bronze lmao, this build is still pretty new but ive already climbed up to gold
