Insane camber on my 2nd gen Honda CRV 2004 - What do?

Hi guys, I started noticing this crazy negative camber on my CRV 2nd gen. The left rear does not look good, right rear looks okay, as I believe these should have some neg. camber.

Any tips on what's going on here? There is also a hum coming from that left rear side.
