Does body doubling for boring tasks too?
I've mostly used body doubling when I have something important to finish, but lately I've wondered whether it actually helps with really boring everyday tasks too. Things like sorting files, answering emails, cleaning up a desk, or doing paperwork are usually the things I keep putting off.
Has anyone found body doubling useful for those smaller tasks, or does it work better when there's a bigger project involved?
