It popped up last week too it kept saying to review and then I even had to delete WhatsApp and reinstall thought that maybe the problem was solved but yesterday it got completely locked out. Any reasons or solutions to recover?

I'm a 22-year-old male, 5'7" tall and weigh around 60 kg. I'm fairly lean and currently only do pull-ups at home along with occasional handstand practice. I don't follow a structured workout routine.
What I usually do is a set of 5 pull-ups whenever I happen to walk past my pull-up bar throughout the day. I've noticed that when I start my first set, I feel very energetic and my reps are powerful. However, as I continue doing more sets throughout the day, my energy drops quite quickly. The first 5 reps feel easy and my form is solid, but by the time I reach around 10 total reps, I'm struggling much more. Also I have noticed in my teens that I tend to get exhausted quickly like my muscles just give up even though I feel okay, is this normal?
I also recently worked out with a friend and did a HIIT-style session. After a few stations, I was already exhausted, and when we got to a station with 40 pull-ups, I could barely do 2–3 reps per set.
I'm trying to figure out what's limiting me. Is it a lack of strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, work capacity, or something else? What should I focus on improving to fix this issue and be able to maintain my performance for longer?

Hello, I wanted to know if there are any open parks with pull-up bars, parallel bars, etc. I’ve started cycling, and I was thinking that whenever I go cycling, I could stop by a park like that on the way, do a bit of exercise, and then head back home.
