Should this be capped?
Just moved into this house and noticed cold air blowing out of this pipe. I capped it off and later noticed water draining out of the secondary line. When I removed the cap a rush of water went into the main line so is this supposed to be capped or is it more likely a sign of a blockage in the main line?
