Are the settings of buildzoid's video for 7800x3d safe ram overclocking applicable for a 9800x3d ?

I would like to know if the settings of buildzoid's video for 7800x3d safe ram overclocking are applicable for a 9800x3d and if they are a good option too ?
I add that I'm not an overclocker (I have some very little knowledge on this matter but nowhere near the knowledges to do it on my own).
I'm waiting to received my new ddr5 kit, 2x16 go in 6000Mhz C30 from team group (FF3D532G6000HC30DC01) and will pair it to my MSI x870e Tomahawk max wifi.
The kit reference is listed on the qvl list of MSI and it indicates that those are SK hynix M chips.

Edit : what should I use to test my system stability ? I'm mostly gaming on this pc, very high refresh rate games like rocket league above 360 hz in 1440p.
