Around a month ago (April 2026) my cherished S9 got unceremoniously kicked "Offline" from the iRobot app.

I've done all of the following multiple times: rebooted her, swapped batteries, rebooted my router, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, reset the network settings, but...nothing.

(Apparently, older models have been slowly but steadily kicked "Offline" from the the app (according to fellow owners), rendering my cherished $1'000 smart vac...just a dumb vac.)

So.

Does there exist a 3rd-party and/or open source app with which we can regain some functionality?

(Or was there a known fix that I missed?)

Any help/suggestions are indubitably welcome. 😊🙏🏼
