Has anyone had an issue with the super duper box pull where you receive the champ but not the ascension tokens?

I pulled Hit-Monkey yesterday but only received the champ, the pull duped mine but did not ascend. If you click on the box in the store, the text 'Cluster Drop Rewards" flashes over the previously claimed champions, but not the Hit-Monkey in mine yet it shows 'Claimed'

Anyone seen this? I've opened a support case, but still waiting for resolution.
