After every hair cut, not matter how many different barbers, I get these two dry circles. They aren’t terribly itchy. I don’t think it’s ringworm because they appear after every haircut. Does anyone recognize this?

A random silly question
I have some PINK cheeky no show underwear that I love. So I bought some Victoria’s Secret cheeky no show underwear that fit slightly different.
It’s the same size and same material .both say no show cheeky.
Do they fit differently because one is pink and one is Victoria’s Secret?
