So I finally was lucky enough to land my first knife order. It was "expected to deliver" yesterday and suddenly it stopped updating stuck on "on the way" .....not sure why....I sent knife an email but haven't heard yet....I guess they sent with UPS? It made it my area local hub but hasn't moved since yesterday....which is super weird...I called ups some dude said it will forsure come by today......and it didn't.....and ups tracking says "Your package is still on the way and we are actively working to get you a new delivery date." I am super confused...is it lost or stolen? Is knife chill about issues like this....what are the odds they send me another deck if it is lost..what do I do
