Advice for absolute beginner pls?
Heyy uh im 15(ftm) and, as said in the title, an absolute beginner at anything fitness related BUT i wanna build muscle to pass better because i cant get T until im 18...
Im not really sure where to start or even how to work out tbh?? like not even sure if i should ask here or elsewhere (im not really ever on reddit) but kinda thought this was my best bet sooo yeah
ive heard some people say to swim for back muscles or sum? and i could try that just not exactly sure if thats the best way to work out upper body. Also a lot of advice ive seen had loads of squads but my joints are too loose (hypermobile) so they just kinda give out before anything useful can happen lmao
TLDR: im a ftm beginner at fitness and wanna build upper body but dont know what to do
