I need your guys' advice on a write up that occured today

So first off, I've worked at UPS for 3 years, day sort, no write ups. I've been doubling for twilight this week, and earlier tonight a supervisor wrote me up for a SALT. So my understanding is that a salt is a misload, after I signed the write up (first mistake) I asked the girl supervisor and shop steward to show me the misloaded package, they said that there was none, and that the other supervisor "saw me do it". So I called him over and said where is the misload? He said there was no misload, but he was writing me up for not opening up a bag full of smalls and not checking the contents of the bag. I said that I do check my bags, just not every single one, and if I did check every single bag we would be here all night. I'm very upset about this because first off, there was no misload, second off after that happened I talked to another sup and he said that the supervisor I'm talking about wrote up 7 people for the same thing. I don't think it's fair that he's just writing people up for no actual reason. I check my bags, but I can't check every single bag that comes down the chute. And he just saw me not check one bag, but he didn't see all the other bags I checked. Also there was no misload, I almost lost my cool but I remained calm and respectful. Afterwards he tried to apologize and say it wasn't personal but I take it very personal. I've never had a write up, and in our team meeting they said if there was misloads and if any of the doublers were responsible that we could possibly lose our right to double shift. I take it personally because I work very hard and efficiently, and this is how I support myself. I'm considering filing a grievance on him for harassment, what do you think I should do? Also the shop steward that was present during the write up didn't even know what had really happened but he was completely on their side. Very upset with the whole situation.
