Low lying placenta 18mm, I have not been given any advice around flying

I had my 20 week scan on Friday (all is looking good!), right at the end he mentioned I am borderline low lying placenta- around 18mm away from cervix. He said its nothing to worry about and booked me in for a scan at 32 weeks. Nothing else was mentioned, I wasn't told to do anything different or avoid anything.

It wad only when I was home I realised I should have asked about flying. In 3 weeks time is my brothers wedding in crete (4 hour flight) by that time ill be 23.5 weeks. I have spoken to my midwife and she suggested getting scanned in a couple of weeks to see if it's moved 2mm. We spoke to our insurance and they said we do not need to declare it and we are covered for any complications.

I am just wondering if anyone has anymore advice? It's scary to think about any risk at all but I also feel like I haven't been advised not to go?
