Tried making nylon khaman using Gangwal khaman mix but it’s not turning out soft and fluffy like the ones you get outside. It’s coming a bit dense/dry instead.

I’m following the basic instructions on the pack, steaming properly (I think), but still not getting that light, spongy “nylon” texture.

Any tips from people who’ve used this mix before?

Every week a terrorist gets caught, and the same word is used as a shield. How long before politicians stop being politically correct and actually deal with these problems that keep hurting the country?

Got the assorted Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters concentrate from Blinkit and every sachet is fruity/spicy/chocolatey/velvety

Am I using it wrong or is this not meant for regular coffee?

There's a systematic campaign going against India to detablise and create civil unrest, People living in India working together with enemies of this country to incite riots, civil war and push their narrative so that some weaker leader gets elected, so many subs whether they're political or non political are directly working on this ....my question is why don't the govt do something about it ? Are they waiting for something to happen?

I found this site: https://newgenre.studio/ and want to recreate something similar using Next.js (in Cursor, not Framer).

Tech stack I spotted:

React

Framer Motion

Lenis

Swiper

This is just a hobby project to push my skills Where should I start?

Any good resources for scroll animations, smooth scrolling, and page transitions? Also, is Framer Motion enough or should I look into GSAP?

Trying to make mango kulfi with Alphonso pulp, but it turns slightly curdled/grainy when I mix it into reduced milk

Should I use different Mango? Or any specific technique which I need to follow
