Hi everyone,

I was recently accepted and had a few questions about the McMaster Global Health MSc and was hoping current or former students might know. I would seriously appreciate any input so much! :

1. When does the program usually officially end? I’ve heard that many master’s programs need to be completed by around June 30 for professional school applications, but I’m wondering if McMaster runs later into the summer (e.g. July/August). If so, does that affect timelines for things like med school applications? Is there an option to fast track?
2. How often are classes, and are they mostly in-person or more flexible?

I am a low income student so I'm wondering if it may just be possible to commute from Toronto (50 mins) for classes if they're a few times per week only? If anyone has input on that lmk.
