[HIRING] Founding AI Engineers / Builders

Company: Solve With AI

Solve With AI is building AI-driven systems and operational platforms for real businesses across industries including:

  • real estate
  • finance
  • insurance
  • home services

The company was founded by a Silicon Valley enterprise architect with 20+ years experience operating in:

  • global systems architecture
  • large-scale infrastructure
  • automation/orchestration
  • enterprise AI initiatives
  • high-security/high-stakes environments

The mission is simple:

Take the kinds of systems and operational advantages normally reserved for large enterprises and make them practical, scalable, and accessible for everyday businesses.

This is not “AI wrapper” work.

We are building:

  • SaaS platforms
  • AI workflows
  • orchestration systems
  • automations
  • internal tooling
  • operational systems
  • real-world business solutions

There is a LOT to build.

Right now, we are looking for:

  • 1 strong mid-level engineer
  • 1–2 extremely strong freshers/new grads

People who are:

  • hungry
  • smart
  • AI-native
  • obsessed with learning/building
  • overlooked by traditional hiring systems
  • excited by difficult problems

This is NOT a traditional outsourcing role.

We are intentionally looking for people who believe in the mission and want to help build something meaningful long term.

Compensation Structure (Transparent Upfront)

Mid-Level Engineer:

  • Starting: ~$450/month (~₹38K/month)

Strong Fresher / New Grad:

  • Starting: ~$250/month (~₹21K/month)

But this is NOT designed to stay there.

The growth path is aggressive and intentional.

18-Month Compensation Goal:

  • Mid-level engineers:
    • target path toward ~$2,500–4,000/month (~₹2.1L–3.4L/month)
  • Strong freshers:
    • target path toward ~$1,500–3,000/month (~₹1.3L–2.5L/month)

That places strong long-term performers into compensation ranges comparable to mid-to-upper-middle-class income levels.

How that happens:

  • aggressive compensation normalization as revenue scales
  • performance bonuses tied to delivery/results
  • domain ownership opportunities
  • revenue/profit sharing tied to systems/products contributed to

Profit Sharing Model:
Once revenue targets and delivery milestones are consistently met:

  • quarterly performance bonuses
  • profit-sharing participation tied to business units/products contributed to
  • long-term path toward ownership/operator-level compensation

The philosophy is simple:

If you help create value, you should participate in the value created.

We are NOT looking for:

  • job hoppers
  • people chasing quick gigs
  • people optimizing only for immediate hourly rate

We ARE looking for builders.

People willing to invest into something early because they believe in where it can go.

And in return:
Solve With AI is extremely serious about taking care of the people helping build the company.

Benefits & Culture

  • Mental health matters
  • Family comes first
  • Community/regional/cultural events matter
  • Flexible remote work
  • No micromanagement
  • No corporate politics

We do not care if you’re coding from:

  • your bedroom
  • a coffee shop
  • a beach in Costa Rica

We care about:

  • ownership
  • accountability
  • communication
  • execution

What you’ll get:

  • direct access to leadership and architecture discussions
  • real mentorship
  • production system experience
  • certification investment after 6 months:
    • 1 company-aligned certification/training path per year
  • access to Azure prototyping/development environments
  • hardware stipend after 1 year
  • regular upgrade cycles as the company grows
  • advancement into domain ownership/leadership roles

Send a REAL application via DM.

Include:

  • which role you’re applying for
  • GitHub/portfolio links
  • what you specifically built
  • any AI-assisted systems/workflows you’ve worked on
  • why the mission resonated with you personally

IMPORTANT:
If you use AI to write your response, we will absolutely know.

We’re not looking for polished corporate answers.

We’re looking for honest builders.

Reading these posts are breaking my heart...

I’ve been reading through a lot of the posts here from talented developers struggling to find opportunities right now, and honestly, it’s frustrating to see.

So I’m going to throw an unconventional idea out there.

My name is Shawn. I spent 20+ years operating in Silicon Valley and enterprise technology environments working on large-scale systems, infrastructure, automation, orchestration, and enterprise AI initiatives.

I eventually walked away from that world because I became increasingly frustrated with how the industry treated people — both internally and externally — and how access to powerful technology and knowledge was intentionally kept behind gates.

Now I’m building two AI-focused companies centered around bringing enterprise-grade systems and AI capabilities to industries that normally never get access to them.

Current industries we’re actively building in:

- real estate

- finance

- insurance

- home services

There is a LOT to build:

- apps

- SaaS platforms

- AI workflows

- automations

- internal tooling

- orchestration systems

- client platforms

The reality:

I don’t currently have the budget to go hire a large traditional dev team.

I’ve been funding infrastructure and building things piece-by-piece myself while client projects and partnerships ramp up.

But after reading through this community, I had a thought:

What if I found a small group (3–5) of genuinely strong developers — ideally people early in their careers who are hungry, highly capable, and struggling to get their shot — and we build this together?

Not as disposable freelancers.

As builders.

What I’m looking for:

- top-of-class mentality

- people who genuinely love building

- strong fundamentals

- willingness to learn quickly

- AI-native mindset

- people excited by solving hard problems

This is NOT:

- fake “startup equity exposure”

- unpaid labor

- endless vague promises

There is founder-stage compensation involved from day one, but I want to be transparent:

it starts lower initially while we ramp revenue and client delivery.

What I CAN offer:

- direct mentorship from someone with deep enterprise/Silicon Valley experience

- real production systems

- real client work

- aggressive compensation growth as revenue grows

- performance bonuses

- revenue/profit-sharing tied to systems you help build

- a path toward becoming long-term core builders/operators

The philosophy is simple:

If we build something valuable together, everyone who helped build it should participate in the value created.

I’m specifically NOT looking for:

- job hoppers

- people looking for easy work

- people chasing the next quick gig

I’m looking for people who believe in the mission and want to help build something meaningful long-term.

Before messaging me:

Review the mission first:

https://solvewithai.ai

Then DM me:

- GitHub repos/projects

- what you’ve actually built

- what excites you about AI/system building

- why this resonated with you personally

And please:

be real.

No AI-generated “sir I am passionate” responses.

I’m looking for honest builders.

I’m hiring for a remote role with an AI startup supporting the founder and his team.

This is not a typical VA job.

If you’re looking for simple task work with a fixed ceiling, this is not for you.

If you want a clear path to higher income, real responsibility, and the opportunity to grow into an operator role tied to business performance, keep reading.

EST working hours required.

---

What you’re getting into

This role is designed as a growth track:

Entry-Level Contributor → Operator → Domain Owner → Revenue-Aligned Operator

You will not stay in the same place unless your performance stays in the same place.

Compensation, responsibility, and decision-making authority all increase based on what you prove you can handle.

---

Compensation (Hourly)

Phase 1 (0–3 months): $3.00/hr

Phase 2 (3–6 months): $5.00 – $6.50/hr

Phase 3 (6–9 months): $7.00 – $8.75/hr + 0.5% profit share

Phase 4 (9–12 months): $9.50 – $12.00/hr + 1% profit share

Phase 5 (12–18 months): $13.00 – $16.50/hr + 1.5% profit share

Phase 6 (18–24 months): $17.00 – $20.00/hr + 2%+ profit share

Important:

You are not locked to timelines. High performers move faster. The timelines in the phases are targets, not absolutes.

---

Profit Sharing

Once you reach Phase 3, you receive a percentage of net profit tied to the business unit you contribute to.

Below $200K MRR:

- Phase 3: 0.5%

- Phase 4: 1%

- Phase 5: 1.5%

- Phase 6: 2%

At $200K+ MRR:

- Phase 4+: 2%

- Phase 5+: 3%

- Phase 6: 4–5%

This is not a bonus. This is participation in the outcome.

---

What you’ll actually be doing

Early:

- task execution

- organization

- follow-ups

- basic outreach

- pipeline management

- CRM ownership

- coordination across tools

Later:

- owning full workflows

- making decisions

- optimizing systems

- process improvement

- contributing to growth and revenue

End goal:

You operate like part of the business, not a task assistant.

---

How I work

I’m direct.

I don’t micromanage, but I expect:

- responsiveness

- follow-through

- accountability

I’m open to being challenged if it’s logical and respectful.

If something is wrong, we fix it. If something works, we scale it.

---

My background (so you know who you’re working with)

I’ve spent nearly 20 years working at the top Silicon Valley companies, in high-level technology environments, including:

- global large-scale enterprise systems

- major infrastructure projects

- work in high-security and high-stakes environments

- AI work dating back to early enterprise AI systems

A lot of that work is under NDA, but the point is:

I’ve seen what top-tier organizations actually have access to.

Most businesses don’t see those capabilities.

That’s what we’re building here.

---

What we’re building

We’re not just “using AI tools.”

We’re:

- building systems

- connecting workflows

- removing operational waste

- helping businesses do more with less friction

The biggest problem right now is not access to tools.

It’s that most people don’t know what’s actually possible.

That’s the gap we’re closing.

---

Who this is for

You’ll do well here if you:

- want to grow into something bigger than a VA role

- take ownership of your work

- communicate clearly

- think, not just execute

- are comfortable learning quickly

You won’t do well if you:

- want fixed, repetitive tasks forever

- avoid responsibility

- need constant direction

- are only focused on short-term pay

---

What matters most

Not where you start.

What matters is:

- how fast you learn

- how much you take ownership

- how much impact you create

---

Bottom line

This is not a job.

This is a path to:

- higher income

- real skill development

- long-term opportunity

You don’t just get paid.

You grow with the business and share in the result.

---

If you’re interested, send:

  1. Your experience (short and direct)

  2. What you’ve owned vs just executed

  3. Why this type of role makes sense for you

Keep it real. No copy/paste applications.

I'm ready to execute and get started.
