Anyone else having fps drops or less fps after the recent updates?

I lost about 30-40 fps after the update, and an increased amount of stutters. I do have an older setup, but in the range I used to get around 560-585fps, but now I can barely go past 550fps but more so around 530-540 fps. It’s very noticeable in matches with stutters.

I didn’t do or change anything on my PC, but updated the game. Replaced thermal paste 2 months ago. Good cooling.
I already tried reinstalling valorant and vanguard twice. All my settings are on low. Temps is good and CPU% is good on task manager.
